About Academy of Aerospace & Aviation, Indore (MP): INTRODUCTION : Academy is approved by the DGCA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India vide approval No. 5-1520/2002 AI (2) dated 26-11-2002 (view certificate) to impart education and training of “Aircraft Maintenance Engineering” (AME) in Mechanical and Avionics stream under three years of duration, covering Light Aircraft (LA), Piston Engine (PE), Jet Engine (JE), Electrical System (ES), Instrument System (IS), and Radio Navigation (RN) categories of Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence. AIM & OBJECTIVES : Creating an enthusiasts and synergy environment of aviation & developing the aspirants into integrated and well rounded professionals to meet the global challenges in aviation. MISSION : Centre for excellence in aviation for every one at every place. VISION : To shape the young enthusiast in the aviation profession through rigorous process of knowledge, training and related technology acquisitions.     Salient Features :   Academy has well equipped labs; such as - Computer, Electrical, Instrument, Radio-Navigation, General Engineering Workshop, Engines & Airframe shops for imparting practical training. Students are sent on technical tour to have exposure of Aviation Industry. Academy has well equipped library, reading room, Audio/ video hall and well equipped class rooms. Hostel facilities available for resident students. Career guidance is given to each student for better placement. Course has been recognised by Nationalised banks for granting loan to deserving candidates.
