Admission Procedure | Hostel Accommodation | Check List Highlights | Advantage Admission Procedure : A candidate seeking admission to the AQ is required to apply on the prescribed application form and furnish necessary documents. For information brochure & application form, remit Rs.500/- by cash or by sending D.D. of an amount of Rs.575/- in favor of Academy of Aerospace and Aviation , payable at Indore. Thereafter an entrance test in physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Gk will be conducted followed by an interview. Provided further that the candidates having aptitude for respective field like engineering, flying etc. This will be taken into consideration when preparing the merit list.

After scrutiny of the forms, a merit list will be displayed on the notice board of the Academy and also informed to the selected candidates. The merit-listed candidates will have to submit the Original Mark Sheet, Passing Certificate, Migration Certificate and provisionally eligibility certificate (if required) and also pay fees as per payment schedule (Mentioned below) by bank draft in favor of Academy of Aerospace and Aviation, payable at Indore. Selected candidates will also be required to bring with them 10 passport size photographs and 5 stamp size photographs for police verification, ID card, DGCA exams, AeSI exams, IE (India) exams.

Selected candidates must be medically fit for flying duties. They will be examined by authorised medical authorities. The cost of the medical examination will have to be borne by the candidate. Failure to meet the medical standards could disqualify a candidate. For security clearance, police verification of selected candidates will have to be carried out. International Students - If you are a foreign national, you may obtain I B and Application form on payment of US $15. You have to submit the application form with US $25 or equivalent in Indian currency, as Application Fee at least six months in advance of the semester in which you wish to enroll. The semester starts in January & July every year. You must also make arrangements in advance, for amount in US $ required to cover three years tuition fees and living expenses after enrolment in the Academy. Admission is subjected to security clearance from Government of India.

Hostel Accommodation : The Academy provides separate hostel facilities for boys & girls under close supervision by a hostel superintendent. Note : Hostel is compulsory for all students.

Check List for Documents : Candidates are advised to ensure that they have furnished the following : Application Form duly filled in with attested photographs. Attested copies of Certificates / Mark sheets (Higher Secondary/High School/SSLC or Equivalent Examination of 10th class level). Any other Degree/Diploma/Documents if you have. Character and Nationality Certificate.(Make a copy & Print this certificate) Domicile Certificate. Medical Fitness Certificate.(Make a copy & Print this certificate)  15 Passport Size Photographs. 60 self-addressed envelop with postal stamps of Rs.30. Clearance certificate by Foreign embassy for foreign candidates Fees deposited neither refundable nor transferable. Police verification /Security clearance certificate.
